At this point we decided to try out one of the many restaurants offered at the casino. All this bother and waste of time for $6.25, hardly seemed worth it. The supervisor then had to call yet another person that came over and verified the payout amount and that person walked us to the cashier for me to get my money. But he was able to get some numbers off of it in order for me to get my money back. The person he found was unable to get a ticket to print so they had to call their supervisor over and he was not able to fix the machine either. My son then had to walk around to find someone to fix the machine.
It took approximately 50 minutes from the time that we first pushed the “service” button, which we found out later didn’t work as well. We only played slots for a short time and had to call for service because the machine broke down in the middle of payout. We were not very impressed with the casino and gaming area of MGM. Neither one of us are big gamblers so we played the slots for a short time and then ate at Salt Water Restaurant at the casino. My son and I went to MGM Grand Detroit Casino in Detroit, Michigan.
